Terms of Service

By accessing or using Xtallet ("the Platform", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Xtallet is a tournament management platform designed for BGMI (Battlegrounds Mobile India) and mobile esports organizers. Our platform enables users to create and manage tournaments, collect entry fees, publish public tournament pages, manage team registrations, and distribute prize pools.

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use our paid services. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at contact@xtallet.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. Xtallet is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your credentials.

3.3 One Account Per Entity

Each organizer or organization may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limitations is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.

You agree not to use Xtallet to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Conduct fraudulent tournaments or misappropriate player entry fees • Upload or distribute malicious code, spam, or harmful content • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the platform without permission • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts • Impersonate another person or organization • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform's operation Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination.

5.1 Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize Xtallet (via our payment processor) to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing cycle.

5.2 Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the platform after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5.3 Platform Fees on Entry Collections

Xtallet charges a platform fee on entry fees collected through the platform. The applicable fee rate is displayed during plan selection and on your dashboard. This fee is non-refundable once the transaction is processed.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at contact@xtallet.com. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your current plan until the end of the billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing cycle, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

As a tournament organizer using Xtallet, you are solely responsible for: • Conducting your tournaments fairly and transparently • Accurately describing your tournaments to participants • Fulfilling prize distributions as advertised • Complying with all applicable laws related to online gaming, prize competitions, and financial transactions in your jurisdiction • Your own refund obligations to tournament participants Xtallet is not a party to your relationship with tournament participants and is not liable for any disputes between organizers and players.

8.1 Platform Ownership

All content, code, design elements, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Xtallet platform are owned by or licensed to Xtallet. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create on the platform (e.g., tournament descriptions, logos). By uploading content, you grant Xtallet a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content to operate and promote the platform.

Xtallet is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xtallet and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Xtallet in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Xtallet and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Xtallet may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform immediately ceases. We may retain certain data as required by law or legitimate business interests.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
