This policy covers refunds and cancellations for Xtallet software subscription plans.
1. Overview
Xtallet is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. All charges processed through Xtallet are subscription fees paid by organizers for access to our software platform. This Refund Policy applies exclusively to these software subscription payments.
2. Subscription Plans
Free Plan
Xtallet offers a free plan that allows organizations to explore and use core platform features at no cost. We encourage users to evaluate the platform thoroughly before upgrading to a paid subscription.
Paid Plans
Xtallet offers premium subscription plans that unlock additional features, higher usage limits, advanced management tools, analytics, automation, and priority support. Subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle. All charges are software access fees only.
3. Refund Eligibility
Initial Purchase — 7-Day Window
If you are not satisfied with your subscription after purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the initial payment date. To qualify: • The request must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date. • The account must not show evidence of abuse, misuse, or fraudulent activity. • Xtallet reserves the right to review platform usage before approving any refund.
Renewals
If a subscription renews and you wish to cancel, a refund may be requested within 7 days of the renewal charge date.
After 7 Days
Refund requests submitted after the 7-day window have elapsed are not eligible for a refund. You will retain access to your subscribed plan until the end of the current billing period.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at contact@xtallet.com. Upon cancellation: • Your plan remains active through the end of the current paid billing period. • No further charges will be made after the cancellation takes effect. • Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable outside the 7-day eligible window described above.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances: • Requests submitted after the 7-day eligible window • Accounts found to have violated our Terms of Service • Partial use of features during an active billing period • Change of mind after the refund window has passed • Subscription plans that were purchased at a discounted or promotional rate, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase
6. Refund Request Process

7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Xtallet is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card networks, or payment processors.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank. Most billing concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.
9. Policy Updates
Xtallet may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
