We want you to be happy with Xtallet. This policy outlines when and how refunds are issued for subscriptions and tournament fees.
1. Subscription Plans
Free Trial
Xtallet offers a free plan that allows you to explore core features without any payment. We strongly encourage you to test the platform thoroughly before upgrading to a paid plan.
Paid Subscriptions
All paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan). Payments are processed at the start of each billing cycle.
2. Refund Eligibility
Within 7 Days of Purchase
If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal date. To be eligible, you must not have used premium features extensively (e.g., creating more than 2 tournaments or processing player payments on the platform).
After 7 Days
Refunds are not provided for subscription charges after the 7-day window has passed. If you cancel your subscription after this period, you will retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing cycle.
Annual Plans
For annual subscriptions, a prorated refund may be issued for unused months if requested within 7 days of purchase. Prorated refunds are calculated based on the number of full unused months remaining.
3. Tournament Entry Fees
Organizer Responsibility
Xtallet is a platform that enables organizers to collect entry fees from players. Entry fee refunds for specific tournaments are governed by the respective organizer's refund policy, not Xtallet's.
Platform Fees
Our platform processing fee (deducted from entry fee collections) is non-refundable once a transaction has been successfully processed.
Cancelled Tournaments
If a tournament is cancelled by the organizer, Xtallet will facilitate the refund of entry fees collected through our payment gateway, minus any non-recoverable payment processor charges. Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to reflect in the original payment method.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at contact@xtallet.com with the following details: • Your registered email address • Order/transaction ID • Reason for the refund request We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by the payment processor or your financial institution.
6. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving all legitimate disputes promptly and fairly.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
